The loft bedroom features a King-size bed with organic cotton sheets & comforter, a corner sitting area perfect for curling up with a good book, and a designated work space for those working remotely.

In the loft area is a full bathroom with a tub, a clothes rack to hang your clothes, and a dresser to store any belongings.

Finally, there's a flat-screen TV, just in case you want to binge a good series on a rainy day.

Just steps from where you park, the covered front porch offers a warm welcome and a quiet place to pause. It’s an ideal spot to sip a morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring. During the occasional mountain rainstorm, the porch becomes even more inviting—offering a front-row seat to the sounds of rain on the roof and the fresh scent of pine in the air. Cozy and charming, it’s the perfect place to relax with a good book.

Rules

QUIET HOURS: Please be respectful of our lovely neighbors by observing quiet hours (10pm -8am) and by driving slowly through the neighborhood.
SMOKING: Please only smoke outdoors and be sure to use the ash trays provided.
PARTIES: Parties are not permitted.
DOGS: One well behaved pup is welcome during your stay for an additional $100 fee. Help us continue to be dog friendly by following the dog rules:

- Dogs cannot be left unattended outside or inside. - Clean up after your best friend (outside & inside). - If your dog is allowed on furniture, please use the waterproof blanket provided. - Keep the deck gates closed to prevent unwanted visitors or an escape. - Keep your dog leashed while touring the property. We'd hate for you to lose track of your best friend on vacation!
