Yes, instructions on how to access the WiFi will be included with your check-in information.

Yes, we welcome one behaved dog. Dogs can not be left in or outside of the home unattended. If your dog is allowed on furniture, please use the waterproof blanket stored in the downstairs bedroom closet. We also have a small collection of dog supplies including a bed, crate, leash, etc.

Yes! You can use Instacart for Ingalls delivery or Walmart online delivery. Certain local restaurants will also deliver food via DoorDash.

Instructions will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to check in.

Check out: Please load & start the dishwasher. Please start a load of dirty towels. Our cleaner will be extra grateful if you transition them into the dryer as well, but this is totally up to you.

To secure your booking, 100% of the grand total is due at the time of booking.

Free cancellation (less a 5% processing fee if direct booking) until 30 days prior to check-in (time shown in the confirmation email). If cancelling later than 30 days prior to check-in, you will receive a 50% refund less the 5% credit card processing service fee.
